1967 Doors & Fenders Installed - Eleanor Fastback Conversion

In today's episode we dug out our 6yr old 1967 Mustang doors and fit them into the side panels. But we needed hinges! So bought another 1967 mustang parts car to use for small parts and measurements. After we fit the doors, we fit the cowel and front fenders.

  • Hi Chris, appreciate your words at the end of this video. I've been home 11 of the past 13 days and you providing your video entertainment helps more than you'll know. Really love this project, btw I think the Ford color of those doors is 'Lime Gold' (weird as it looks some sort of green to me) and is my least favourite mustang color lol. Thanks again, you and yours stay safe. 😀

  • How do you guys go in the states getting these builds legal to drive on the roads? In Aus to get something like that on the road, we need to get all modifications cleared with an engineering certificate, then with those documents it would have to pass a “roadworthy” slightly different in each state of Aus. (mainly things like good tyres, lights generally safe to be on the road). Is it a similar process?

While you build cars I play music an entretain people through our Instagram and youtube channels. So please continue I love the videos. After I'm done doing my videos, I sit relax and watch you build an awesome car. Please continue and don't do short vids. This is our moment to bring joy to people and bring hope that life is beautiful and at times like this we unite. Cheers Der Vampir.
